AfriScienceNet should be referred to by its full name in formal settings. Where helpful, the platform may also be described as Africa’s research infrastructure and collaboration network.
Use the name and logo in ways that preserve clarity, professionalism, and institutional credibility.
These guidelines are intentionally simple at the MVP stage and are meant to reduce misuse or inconsistent public presentation.
Do not alter the AfriScienceNet name to imply another organization or service
Do not stretch, distort, or heavily stylize the logo where it is used
Do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or institutional affiliation without permission
Use clear, readable contexts for brand references in documents, presentations, and links
More detailed brand assets and partner-use guidance may be added later as the platform matures. Until then, treat the existing logo and public naming as the authoritative baseline.
